Why Roll Sentry Exists
Every scratch on a gravure or embossing roll is money lost — in re-engraving costs, downtime, and missed production windows. Roll Sentry was founded to solve that problem with purpose-built protective covers designed specifically for the printing, packaging, and converting industries.
We saw too many high-value rolls arrive at press damaged from handling, storage, or transit. Standard packaging wasn't cutting it. So we built something better — fabric covers engineered to the exact diameter and face length of each roll, with the durability to handle real shop conditions.
